Carlee is a resourceful finance leader and accounting professional with 25 years of experience transforming corporate performance across diverse industries. She holds a strong foundation in accounting from Queensland University of Technology and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Public Accountants and a member of CPA Australia.
As CFO at Astute Early Years Specialists, Carlee turns complex financial data into strategic insights that drive real decisions — across financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and compliance. She’s the person who makes the numbers make sense.
A dedicated advocate for team development and stakeholder engagement, Carlee builds collaborative environments where everyone feels valued and motivated — because great financial leadership is as much about people as it is about spreadsheets.
Outside of work, Carlee is a self-confessed foodie who loves discovering new restaurants, travelling and staying active on the basketball court. When she’s not exploring somewhere new, you’ll find her at the beach, out on a bush walk or watching the AFLW.
