Kylie is an experienced early childhood professional with a genuine passion for supporting centre communities to work together — creating high-quality learning experiences in environments that are nurturing, supportive and built to last.
With more than 10 years working behind the scenes supporting the real superstars of the industry — the educators — Kylie has held management and project lead roles at both C&K and Goodstart, building deep expertise in adult learning, educator professional development and quality practices.
Kylie’s superpower is making compliance and quality feel less like a rulebook and more like a roadmap to excellence. She knows what great looks like and she brings the knowledge, patience and expertise to help centres get there.
Kylie lives on the beautiful Sunshine Coast with her husband, son and two working dogs. She’s also a qualified yoga teacher who loves being in nature, gardening and exploring the great outdoors — which probably explains her remarkable sense of calm.
