During her tenure at Petit Early Learning, Natalie built the brand from the ground up — growing website visits from a few thousand to over two million annually, designing a sector-specific CRM platform, and tripling customer lifespan from 6 to 18 months through strategic brand advocacy.
Passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes for children, families, and communities, Natalie thrives on challenges. Since joining Astute Early Years Services in October 2024, she has led the strategic direction of brand, marketing communications, and customer experience — bringing her proven track record to support Astute’s mission of excellence across early childhood education and care.
