As Chief of Staff at Astute Early Years Specialists, Jackie is the person who makes everything else possible. She partners closely with Mel and senior leaders to manage high priorities, drive accountability across the team, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks in a fast-moving, multi-client environment. From overseeing HR and compliance workflows to coordinating acquisitions, board reporting, and cross-functional projects, Jackie brings both strategic awareness and hands-on execution to everything she does.
Proudly IT savvy, Jackie has implemented a range of systems and tools including Employment Hero, Asana, and Kidsoft workflows and is always looking for smarter ways to work. She is equally comfortable translating complex challenges into clear action, supporting board-level reporting, or leading the coordination of large-scale people and culture initiatives.
When asked about her superpower, Jackie will tell you it’s running an entire business from a browser with enough open tabs to crash a lesser computer.
