When things need to move, Chris makes it happen — with the strategy, the experience and the calm head to back it up.
Chris is a seasoned executive leader with a track record of transforming operations, building high-performing teams and driving meaningful change across early childhood education, disability services and health-related sectors.
As former Executive Head of Operations at AEIOU Foundation, Chris led significant cultural and operational reform across one of Australia’s most recognised autism early intervention organisations — improving service performance, strengthening staff capability and building a scalable model through one of the sector’s most challenging funding periods.
Before that, as General Manager at C&K, Chris oversaw a portfolio of more than 130 education services — introducing new service models, tightening compliance frameworks and driving sustainable growth at scale.
What sets Chris apart is his ability to operate across every level of an organisation — equally comfortable in a boardroom as he is on the floor with frontline teams. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and has completed the Australian Applied Management Colloquium — but 20+ years in the trenches has taught him more than any classroom could.
At home, Chris spends his time with his wife, his two daughters, and their Labrador, Lucy.
